Self Tan Mousse - How-To
Your perfect tan
Step 1
Clean it!
Good preparation is like the holy grail of self-tanning. The short version is: clean - peel - and dry your skin.
Step 2
Apply it!
Spread the Tan Mousse evenly with our glove, using circular movements. Apply the mousse sparingly to elbows, knees and ankles. Wash hands thoroughly after application.
Step 3
Let it act & remove
Leave on for a maximum of 8 hours and then wash off with lukewarm water in the shower. IMPORTANT: Do not use soap, peelings or similar products for cleaning.
Step 4
Get ready!
After washing off, in the next 24 hours the color saturation of your tan will increase. You can shower as usual 8-16 hours after application. Daily application of a moisturizer or one of our Gradual Tan Mousses will prolong and maintain your tan.

Will Self Tan Mousse Dark look unnatural on my very fair skin?
Thanks to a special formula, you will always achieve a natural-looking tan, regardless of your skin color. Self Tan Mousse Dark builds up its tan in up to 8 hours of application time. If you are already satisfied with the result, you can also rinse off the mousse thoroughly beforehand.
I have a naturally dark skin tone. Will I still see results with the medium mousse?
Yes. With our Self Tan Mousse Medium Brown on dark skin, you won't get darker - but you will change the shade and enjoy a bronze undertone. For an intense, dark result, it's best to use our Self Tan Mousse Dark.
Can I intensify the effect?
Yes, if the result is not intense enough after 8 hours, you can easily repeat the process. You can also gradually build up and intensify your tan with our Gradual Self Tan Mousse.
How long does the result last?
How long your tan lasts depends on your skin and its cell renewal. If you maintain your tan with our Gradual Tan Mousse every day, you will achieve a long-lasting result, up to 10 days.
I have heard that self-tanners stink. Is that true?
Some do - But not the ones from fleeky. Instead of the usual self tanner smell, our self tanning products smell pleasantly fresh.
Do you use formaldehyde in your products?
No. Our self tanning products are free of formaldehyde and contain only natural ingredients.
Do I really need to exfoliate my skin every time?
We'd love to accompany our answer with dramatic music - to make it even more memorable. Technically not possible, we still answer your question with a resounding YES! Only with well-prepared skin and prior peeling will you achieve an even, streak-free tan.
When can I go back to showering normally, with soap?
Try not to take a shower for the next 24 hours after you have rinsed off the self-tanner. After that, you can jump back in the shower as usual.
Will self-tanned skin protect me from UV rays?
No. Please continue to use your sun protection factor as usual.
I want to do sports. Will the tan smudge when I sweat?
Don't worry. After the application time is over and you have thoroughly rinsed off your self-tanner, there is nothing left to smudge or rub off.
