How long does the shipping take?

Germany: 2,50€ Standard Shipping - Free from 30,00€ or for all Mini Kits.

European Union, Switzerland + UK: 4,50€ Standard Shipping - Free from 99,00€.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your package, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For parcels we can not offer this service.

How can I change my delivery address?

Please write us an email at info@fleeky.de with your desired delivery address. Don't forget to add your Order ID.

How does the right of withdrawal work?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your last purchase, you can cancel your purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.

When do I get my money back?

Your refund will be released once we receive and process your return. The amount will be refunded to the account or card used for the purchase. Please note that credit card refunds may take longer to process. We will try to process everything for you as quickly as possible, however, individual banks may take longer to process refunds.
